The program

This two-year program is designed for recent graduates (within the last 2 years) or those graduating this year with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, systems engineering, data and analytics, or similar.

You will rotate roles across our Customer Delivery, Strategy and Operations, Network Services and Major Project groups and be mentored and supported by fellow engineers and leaders in our business.

How to apply

Eligibility

Recently graduated (within the last 2 years), or be graduating this year, with a Bachelor in electrical engineering, power systems, systems engineering, data and analytics, or similar
Previous experience working in a team-based role and/or evidence of teamwork outside of work (e.g., extra-curricular activities, sporting teams, social groups)
Passionate about driving positive safety behaviour

The process:

When applying for the graduate program, be prepared for the following:

  1. Application: resume, academic transcript, and cover letter addressing the eligibility, and answering the following questions:
    What degree did you study and what interested you the most?
    What interests you in the industry?
    What skills and experiences have you obtained throughout university that has prepared you for a graduate role?
  2. First stage: online video interview
  3. Personality questionnaire, general abilities assessment
  4. Second stage: assessment centre and face-to-face interview
  5. Pre-employment screening: police check
  6. Offer of employment
