We’re inviting electricity and gas customers across our network to share their thoughts in our 2025 annual customer survey which is open until Wednesday 21 May 2025.
You may receive an email invitation from us to participate in the survey. We’ve partnered with independent research agency Fiftyfive5 to conduct the survey on our behalf.
Why we run the survey
We’re always working to improve the way we deliver safe and reliable energy to the community. This annual survey helps us understand what’s important to our customers, how satisfied they are with our services, and where we can do better.
Who can take part
If you use electricity or gas in the Canberra region, you’re using energy delivered by Evoenergy’s networks. This is why we’d love to hear from you.
How it works
We’ve selected a sample of our customers to participate via email, however you are also welcome to take part in the short survey (10 minutes) via the survey link here.
If you choose to take part, your responses will remain confidential. Only grouped, non-identifiable information will be shared with Evoenergy.
To thank participants, everyone who completes the survey can choose to enter the draw to win one of five $200 e-gifts cards.
