Electricity network connection
A request for a new connection or alteration to an existing connection can only be made through your energy retailer. The size of the connection will determine which physical connection service Evoenergy will install from our network to your meter.
Basic connections
A Basic connection is one:
• with a maximum demand of less than 100-amps per phase
• where the aerial service is no more than 22 metres in length for an overhead connection or the underground cable does not exceed eight meters in length from the property boundary line most convenient to our electricity network.

Once you are satisfied that your application meets the requirements, download and complete our application form.
For basic connection of typical residential solar panels and / or batteries (e.g. Micro Embedded Generators) you will need to ensure the generator meets the Requirements for Embedded Generation Connections up to 5MW.
