- I am applying for a connection offer to connect to Evoenergy’s electricity network under a negotiated connection contract.
- Evoenergy may charge a reasonable fee to cover expenses associated with assessing this connection application and subsequently making a connection offer.
- Any confidential information of Evoenergy disclosed during the course of negotiations must be kept confidential.
- Evoenergy will use its best endeavours to make me a connection offer within 65 business days of receiving this application.
- This form does not constitute an offer and does not commit Evoenergy to providing any goods or services.
- I warrant that I am authorised to execute this application on behalf of the connection applicant.
