MyPortal is your information connection to:

  • View your electricity consumption
  • View your electricity generation
  • View the status of electricity outages in the ACT on our map
  • Lodging an electricity connection request for a new or existing premise
  • Provide us with feedback

Registration and use of MyPortal is free and completed in three steps:

1. Registration

To progress through the registration steps provide your first name, last name, email, password, and three sets of secret questions and answers. This information will be used to create your login and provide information for security purposes, such as retrieving a lost password.

2. Verification

An email will be sent to the nominated email address with a verification link. The account email must be verified by clicking the link within the email.

3. User validation

If you wish to access your consumption data you will need to enter your National Metering Identifier (NMI) and the contact phone number that you supplied to your electricity retailer. You will also be asked to accept the terms and conditions

Tip: Your NMI can be found on your electricity bill. Contact your retailer if you aren’t sure of the phone number associated with your electricity account,.
